[Zope] Packing ...error and read-only mode

Robert,
I got similar error messages, because of the wrong permission setting of var
directory.
You can find some instructions in the install.txt.
Whenever you get a "Sorry, an error occurred." message please look at the
HTML source, there are some details in it. It may help you...
