Sorry.  The sanity checker was written for Bobo and hasn't been
updated to reflect the Zope publisher.  You can ignore that particular
error until I post a patch to work with both Bobo and Zope.  The
pcgifile.py sanity checker will be fixed in time for the next Zope
release.
