Part of the Zope 2 Documentation effort is to capture this VERY kind of
information.  The resulting document will be the Zope Administrator's
Guide.  It will be focused on issues about the filesystem, processes,
pcgi, etc..  I imagine that the initial (alpha) versions of the docs
will appear shortly after the software is final.
