According to the Andrew Kuchling (I bugged him with the same problem :),
you have to add -DHAVE_UNION_SEMUN to the CFLAGS. This worked for me. If
you want, I have a .spec file that replaces the one in from RedHat
Rawhide's apache-1.3.6 SRPM.
