[Zope] Zope in the low countries restored

After what turned out to be a false start because of some technical
problems, the site for dutch speaking zope users (which I called Zope in the
low countries, in dutch!) is now online. Please check out

The dutch Zope mailing list (ZOPE-NL) is also working. To subscribe, send
