ExtensionClass, and several other Zope components, are written in C.  If
you do not have a C compiler on this windows box, then it will not work.

2.0.0 is alpha software.  I do not recommend running it unless you are
prepared to go to some extra effort to bootstrap yourself into using it.
We cannot help you install it because all of our resources are commited
to fixing bugs in 2.0, not doing tech support on install issues.

I'd recommend downloading 1.10.2, which comes with Windows binaries.
