[Zope] Backup of Zope DB/Site on NT...

Hello!
I've seen some posts about tools used to back up the ZDB on Linux and was
wondering what i should do if i want to back up the Database/site on an NT
version of Zope?

In (sort of) the same vein, what hardware would be best (in a NT/Intel
world) for hosting a Zope site? Any suggestions would be welcome - I've got
pII 400Mhrz 128M ram with good HardDrives, is there anything else that i
could do/have to improve performance?
