[Zope] Error with ZODB: Couldn't unnpickle '\000\000\000\000\000\000\000^'

I get this while trying to save a DTML Method. Very odd things happen
afterwards, such as the method rendering itself as text (unparsed) and
authorization errors.

This is Zope 2.0.0.
