httpd.conf:
I'm assuming the two domains are already under different proxypass
rules.
That is, the domain name expressed in proxyPass rule is the domain name
that the site should have.


SiteAccess:
You should be able to then have an Access Rule that is simply:

<dtml-call "REQUEST.set('SiteRootBASE',HTTP_HOST)">

And pre-set SiteRootPATH to / , if the path is the same for each domain.
