[Zope] SybaseDAv2 with Sybase 11.0.3.3?

Hi all,

I'm trying to build the new DC Sybase DA, but there are a number of
#defines missing from my ctpublic.h file since I'm use Sybase 11.0.3.3.

Has anyone else gotten it to compile/work with 11.0.3.3?
