[Zope] Installation Routes Comparison

I have been struggling with Zope installation for the last few days and
decided that a pros/cons comparison of the different installation routes
would have been helpful for new users.  

I have written one at:
http://www.zope.org/Members/guy_davis/install_routes.  I would like to
make sure that any corrections and ommissions (I'm sure there are some)
