[Zope] updated jcNTUserFolder to 0.0.2

This release fixes a significant bug in local nt domain determination

to upgrade, delete the old nt user folder, install the new product, restart
zope and create the new user folder

Still no doc, you have to read the source to understand the product.

Remember: this is alpha quality code! It works for me, but I expect to
change a few fundamental things in the short term.
