[Zope] Banner + search engine + Zope

I have a bunch of really bad Python code sitting around here that tries
to do same.  I can't even remember how it does it.

It's got no docs and isn't even a working Zope product.  I doubt it will
help much.  But I can send it to you if you'd like.
