[Zope] <dtml-var x missing> doesn't work?

Btw. this works:
<dtml-with REQUEST>
<dtml-with environ>
<dtml-var HTTP_REFERER missing>
</dtml-with>
</dtml-with>
or
<dtml-with "REQUEST.environ">
<dtml-var HTTP_REFERER missing>
</dtml-with>
