[Zope] FYI: Fixed version of cadaver for cygwin available

Howdy.  At:

...is a page with a download for a fixed version of cadaver for cygwin. 
  Namely, this is cadaver 0.18.0 for cygwin including the contributed 
patch for readline completion.

For those that don't know, cadaver is a WebDAV client that works like a 
comman-line interface ftp tool.

Many thanks to Matt Kromer for fixing the compile for me!
