yes, but I think that DHCP forces a connection to get a valid IP-adress.
 I don't know how to get around this other than changing your IP-adress to
one internal. Maybe using some of the methods about multi-ip adress setups
mentioned on the list recently, you could set up zope to listen only to
127.0.0.1.

this is just a suggestion, I don't know if this will work or not.
