[Zope] Rewriting al a mod_rewrite in apache?

I'm looking for a feature like mod_rewrite-module in apache.
Concret: transforming  all path-components of the http-requests to
lowercase.
Is SiteAccess an idea, I couldn't find examples or documenation for
that?
