Hi All,

I have received numerous emails from people willing to review the manuscript and I really appreciate the enthusiastic response.  BTW, it was pointed out that I misspelled Michel's name--my apologies Michel--it is Pelletier--I believe I've spelled it wrong so often the habit has become difficult to break!
