[Zope] ANNOUCE Dtml-Contract

I'm wondering if I've found a bug in the recently-announced PageContract
product... I'm running Zope 2.3.0 on Red Hat 6.2, using Python 2.0 - which
may, IIRC, be more picky about certain things you could get away with in
1.5?

If I use the example from the announcement email:

Results in:
