[Zope] ZServer Must Be Continually Re-Started

When you search zope.org it's often better to use the Google Search box at
http://www.zope.org/SiteIndex/searchForm. If you enter STUPID_LOG_FILE in
the Google box, you'll get a lot of results. I got 68 when I tried.
