try changing the abvoe to:

<form action="/grp/Forum/forumScripts/newMsg" method="post"
       tal:attributes="here/grp/Forum/forumScripts/newMsg/absolute_url">

I'm guessing there's a link to the form that includes the above on forum_frontpage?
If so, can you give us the code which geenrates it?
