[Zope] Extensions directory

Depends if you're using INSTANCE_HOME. IF you are, then it's your INSTANCE_HOME 
directory, if not, then it's where Zope's z2.py is usualyl found.

Any such that the user Zope runs as (what you pass as the -u option) can read 
files in the directory.
