[Zope] Can I relocate data.fs?

Howdy,

Windows 2000, Zope 2.5.1

I'd like to move data.fs from \Program Files\Zope\var\data.fs
to another location.

I tried \Program Files\Zope\start.bat -p=
 "c:\new\location\data.fs"
, no good.
