[Zope] upgrading python

You should upgrade Zope, too (to at least Zope 2.4.4 or Zope 2.5.0).
When you upgrade Zope, you should rerung the build script.

When you upgrade only Python, it may not be necessary.
But, it takes longer to ask whether or not you need than just
do it...
