[Zope] where to put .lib file

The Python your Zope is using must be able to find it
So the answer to your question depends on what Python you are using.

If you are using the out of the box Zope Python then you can check what
directories it scans as follows:
cd \yourZopeDir\bin
python
Python 2.1 (#15, Apr 16 2001, 18:25:49) [MSC 32 bit (Intel)] on win32
Type "copyright", "credits" or "license" for more information.

you get a list of directories displayed. Each of them is OK. Some of them
are just more logical than others
On my installation I would put it into
'k:\\programme\\zope\\bin\\lib\\plat-win
