[Zope] restart and shutdown button

Hi!

When I click into Control Panel, and click restart or
shutdown button, it doesn't work and post an error
message.  Why?  I am using 2.4.3 from source release,
python 2.1.1, and linux system.  Is it because I
remove the Zope Quickstart folder?
