[Zope] Cannot start Zope on Windows ME

[Gogulus]

This shouldn't be a problem with NAV. I've stopped every service in Windows
ME, only the explorer and the systray were running as a service, two
explorer windows were open + one putty. Clicking on the start.bat caused the
system to reboot immediately.

Any ideas?

Ps. Maybe Win is not for making software. I should better use my Debian :)
