[Zope] Cannot start Zope on Windows ME

If you have a linux or *BSD boot disk (an install disk will do) it's a 
great way to check your hardware. If you have bad hardware (eg memory) 
you'll often not see a problem in Windows, but  get nasty errors, and 
possibly a kernel panic when you try to boot a 'nix OS.
