[Zope] Upgrading 2.4.4 to 2.5.1: data migration problem with invisible Python Scripts

I already did that (I forgot to mention it). I verified that scripts are 
recompiled:

No Scripts were found that required recompilation.

This did not help. Any ideas what's wrong?
