[Zope] w3c validation and <base .../> tag

Hello,

I searched through the list archives but couldn't find any
old thread to this. I thought this has been discussed
before. Anyway could please someone advice me how to get my
documents validated with the W3C validator?

Zope inserts this <base href="http://zope.website/" />
which maybe is valid xhtml but not HTML 4.01.

Any ideas?
