[Zope] Plone Chat

Hi.  I need a Zope chat product and just installed Plone Chat.  It 
installed OK, but the docs are sketch, and it's going to take some 
figuring out how to use.   Before I spend time on this, has anyone 
had a positive experience with this product? Is it stable enough to 
use yet?

Zope alternatives?
