[Zope] A good integration direction of IIS 5 Windows 2000 and Zope?

I have the mapping set up.  When I access =
http://localhost/CGI-Bin/Zope.pcgi I get the intro page for logging in =
to the manager.  But when I click that link Zope Management Interface I =
get http://localhost/CGI-Bin/manage and there is no manage subfolder in =
CGI-Bin Page Not Found.  Also you know the little picture that occurs at =
the bottom?  Well that jpg does not display and it's because it (IE) is =
looking for the pic here =
http://localhost/CGI-Bin/zope.pcgi/p_/ZopeButton.jpg

So I am definitely not configured corresctly.  Any help to get the =
integration going in this version of IIS?  Thanks.
