Some kind of Virtual hosting via IIS does not help you?

If not, you could try pound linux reverse proxy (www.apsis.ch/pound). But
you need a small (486-100/16MB enough) linux machine.

I have the mapping set up.  When I access
http://localhost/CGI-Bin/Zope.pcgi I get the intro page for logging in to
the manager.  But when I click that link Zope Management Interface I get
http://localhost/CGI-Bin/manage and there is no manage subfolder in CGI-Bin
Page Not Found.  Also you know the little picture that occurs at the
bottom?  Well that jpg does not display and it's because it (IE) is looking
for the pic here http://localhost/CGI-Bin/zope.pcgi/p_/ZopeButton.jpg
