[Zope] Zope 2.7.0b1 on Windows

Is what you're doing working?  If so, keep doing it.  If not, do what I
suggested in my resposne to your original email.

python.exe "%SRC_DIR%\inst\configure.py" --prefix="%TARGET_DIR%"
nmake build
nmake install
