[Zope] Running Zope of CD

Hello list,

I've read an instruction how to run Zope of a CD 
(http://www.zope.org/Members/jens/docs/zope_on_cdrom).
I want to use this procedure to make some contents of my Zope-Site 
offline available. It works fine.
My problem is, that it seems to require TCP/IP up and running and that 
is not on all the systems available, where the CD should run.

Is there a possiblity, to run Zope of CD and (locally) use it without a 
network and TCP/IP (on Windows 2000)?
