[Zope] zope with apache

Hello Everybody,

I am trying to configure zope with apache and using the following way.
After adding VHM to the zope directory added
Following lines in httpd.conf of apache

<VirtualHost *>
ServerName www.example.com
RewriteEngine On
RewriteRule
^/(.*)http://Ip_of_the_server:8080/VirtualHostBase/http/www.example.com:80/
Name_of _the_zopedirectory/VirtualHostRoot/$1 [L,P]
</VirtualHost>

But it is not working.

I also compiled apache with --enable -rewrite module.
Looking for advice and help.
