[Zope] LocalFS FIX for Zope2.7b3 and PloneLocalFS released

Hi all,

after installing Zope2.7Beta3 (Python2.3.2) I had to make some fixes to 
get LocalFS working.

There you can also find an initial release of PloneLocalFS (requires my 
fixed LocalFS package)
