Have a look at http://www.zwiki.org/ZopeIssueTrackers for a list
of Zope Issue tracker that I know of (please edit the page if you

For an e-mail tracker you might use Zwiki and ZwikiTracker ( (see
http://zwiki.org/HowToInstallAZwikiTracker and
(http://www.zwiki.org/WikiMail), or use my python frontend
http://zwiki.org/ZwikiFrontend

MailBoxer also has some code to sent e-mails to Zope.
