Exactly the same here.

What does the file ImConfig.h (which is generated by configure) 
say about libjpeg? Near the end you should have a line with
"#define HAVE_LIBJPEG 1"

If it doesn't, try removing this file and the file "config.cache" and
run configure again, then "make clean all"
