[Zope] Configuration of Apache and PCGI

Will someone help me to rectify the problem

i) I had Zope.pcgi directed to cgi-bin/
ii) In Vhosts.conf, I made the following changes
<VirtualHost 127.0.0.1> //I thought the localhost is
ok
ScriptAlias /cgi-bin/
/home/guest/kkeyan/Webguard/cgi-bin/
<Directory "/home/guest/kkeyan/Webguard/cgi-bin">
AllowOverride None
Options ExecCGI
Order deny,allow
Allow from 127.0.0.1
</Directory>
RewriteEngine on
RewriteCond %{HTTP:Authorization} ^(.*)
RewriteRule
^/(.*)/home/guest/kkeyan/Webguard/Zope/Zope.pcgi/$1 \
[e=HTTP_CGI_AUTHORIZATION:%1,
t=application/x-httpd-cgi,l] //Assume the abv 2 in 1 
<Location>
SetHandler cgi-script
</Location>
</VirtualHost>
iii)  In the Zope.pcgi,I made the changes as mentioned
in

iv) When I wrote the changes in Vhosts.conf it says
RewriteRule: bad flag delimiters
v) Apache version is
1.3.23Apache-AdvancedExtranetServer in Mandrake8.2

I may have explained the problem bit too long, but I
cant help

We are keen to use Zope for our product. Could I have
the help pls
