[Zope] how to use zope

      First let me introduce myself.I am a Chinese.I just contacted with 
zope ,so
I had many qustions that I could't understand it myself.For my english is 
poor,I would like you to tell me how to use zope ,using steps,and how to 
use gnowsys,
