[Zope] Verbose Security

Where does Verbose Security show information about failed access under Zope 2.5.x? 

The readme says "All of this information appears in the exception message when access is denied." However, I haven't been able to find anything in the traceback except the usual information. 

Do I have to be running in debug mode?
