[Zope] wysiwyg editor?

Hi!
I notice the plone_wysiwyg in portal_skins. It seems
the plone has WYSIWYG Editor inside. How to configure
it to make it visible when we cope with Document in
html format? I had install the WYSIWYG Editor before,
but don't know how to cope it in plone.
Any idea?
