Other browser do no difference and an empty cache neither. And this is
weird: If I open the style sheet via my browser:

    <http://127.0.0.1:8585/manage_page_style.css>

I see the old style sheet. After that I open the same style sheet with a
text editor and I see the new one ...

browser cache was emptied.
same on different browsers.

I'm on OS X, might the style sheet be cached anywhere else?

'K:(?
