[Zope] Zope3 release date

The road map should be updated and it is my fault that this has not happened 
yet. We are moving the release scheduling over to www.zope3.org. The bug 
tracker that is located there has a dependency tree including all the 
releases.

I do not think that we will have MS4 before mid-November and the first beta 
release before Christmas, which puts the X3 release into the Spring. Note 
that I am not committing purposefully on any dates, since the releases depend 
strongly on the community involvement.

The bug tracker on zope3.org contains the dependencies  about the outstanding 
tasks.
