Provided you have an XML-RPC client library for VB.NET,
you should be able to use it to call Zope functions
via XML-RPC.

Note that XML-RPC imposes severe restrictions with respect
to supported data types and the characters allowed in strings.

I hate (almost) everything from Microsoft. I cannot help
you with VB.NET.
