[Zope] Need help getting ZDGCharts working

Unless someone is an expert at that particular product or has already 
solved that problem, I doubt anyone can be of much help without more 
details. Like:

what's the exact message and traceback of the error?
does the Control Panel report the product as installed? (If it's broken, 
what's the traceback?)
