[Zope] error on creating Tutorial instance

A database adapter for the (in memory, pure Python) relational
database "gadfly".

Usually, it is delivered (and installed) with Zope's core.

Look at "Control_Panel --> Products" and look down the page
for "ZGadflyDA". If it is not there, look for it at
".../lib/python/Products" (in the file system). 
It is is there, activate Zope logging (--> "doc/LOGGING.txt") and look into
the log file.
