[Zope] can ZPTs be located in LocalFS?

Hi Roy,
I patched LocalFS to work with page templates, and that patch was added 
to the work of andreas':
http://www.easyleading.org/Downloads/LocalFS-1.2-andreas.tar.gz/view

It should really be the "official" localFS since it betters the original 
but doesn't introduce problems like ZODB bloating that people have been 
talking about with the CVS 1.1 version...
