[Zope] Startup with zopectl

I finally got around to tackling this and got a bit stuck as I couldn't
find /etc/init.d - probably something to do with the way my service
provider sets up their servers.
Anyway, in the end I added the following line into /etc/rc.local
/usr/local/zope/onstance1/bin/zopectl start
That was all - seems to work but can't help feeling I've over simplified
something somewhere.
